7. Approve or Deny the proof email
8. If Denied
   1. We will contact you via Email, Text, or Call regarding your concerns
   2. We will correct the issue within 12 hours
   3. We will send a new PDF proof email
9. If Approved
   1. Allow up to 2 weeks for processing
   2. Standard Shipping is 5-7 business days
   3. A tracking number will be provided via email or text
10. Repeat Steps 8 or 9 depending on the response

Refunds /Cancellations

Due to the nature of this item, we do not generally offer refunds

However, 

• Customers may cancel and request a full refund anytime before the PDF Proof Email is Approved.
• Customers may cancel and request a 40% refund after the PDF Email is Approved but before the Creation Process Occurs
  • Usually between 2-3 days after the approval email
• Acceptable reason for cancellation
  • Event Date Change
  • Event is cancelled
