However,

• • Customers may cancel and request a full refund anytime before the PDF Proof Email is Approved.

• • Customers may cancel and request a 40% refund after the PDF Email is Approved but before the Creation Process Occurs
    • • Usually between 2-3 days after the approval email

• • Acceptable reason for cancellation
    • • Event Date Change
    • • Event is cancelled
